This is the 4-H Exhibit Hall, Breeding Livestock – Youth Open Shows, and Ultrasound Registration Portal.
Registration for Exhibit Hall and Breeding Stock closes June 23, 2025, at 5 p.m.
Ultrasound Registration closes on June 30, 2025 at 10:00 PM, at final weigh in.
Exhibit Hall Important Details:
- Entries: Exhibitors in Warren County 4H can ONLY enter projects in the exhibit hall. Exhibitors must be registered in project through 4H Online to enter project. Exhibitors can enter up to 3 projects per project they are registered in.
- Proof- Read: Information submitted for Exhibit Hall entries will be used on Exhibitor Tags. Please double-check spelling, capitalization, and punctuation for accuracy.
- Descriptions: Please provide a full and detailed description for each project. This clearly and accurately conveys the project's purpose to the judges.
Breeding Livestock Important Details:
- Exhibitors can still register Breeding Stock animals, please fill out the corresponding information needed to complete the entry the Breeding Stock animal.
- Breeding Stock Shows are Youth Open Shows
- Breeding Stock Show Schedule can be Found on the Warren County Fair Website - https://www.warrencountyfairgrounds.com
Market Livestock Important Details:
- Warren County Market Livestock Exhibitors can still add Ultrasound to your Market Animal entries until June 30th. Please do so via ShoWorks by adding the correct entry and paying for it accordingly.
- Market Livestock Registration – closed June 6 at 5:00 PM. All Market Livestock Animals are REGISTERED and ready for the FAIR! Any questions regarding Market Livestock Entries please contact Livestock Committee - wcfmolivestock@gmail.com
